The clay pot and sizzling stall in Tesco Village Mall’s food court serves nice sizzling noodle and aluminium foil ikan bakar. Their rich and savory gravy is prepared every day with ginger and dried chilies for a kick of spiciness. You could order it with yee mee, koay teow or egg noodle.
There are a couple of toppings available but we recommend the original which is with chicken, mushroom and egg. The chicken pieces are nicely cooked and tastes fresh and tender, while the mushroom is exceptionally juicy and sweet. As for the ikan bakar, the spicy sambal sauce has a rich consistency and not too oily – just nice to be eaten with rice.
